asbestos testing & REPORTING
If you are unsure and suspect something may contain asbestos, our asbestos testing service can help you. We offer both a asbestos home inspection service and a real estate inspection service to test and report on any asbestos. We collect a sample of the suspected asbestos fiber which is then sent away and tested in a specialist laboratory.

asbestos encapsulation
Sometime it may not be possible to safely remove the asbestos or in some cases be cost effective in doing so, in which case we can offer a way to safely seal the asbestos. Years of weathering often causes the asbestos to become loose and brittle causing it to become airborne and therefore hazardous. By sealing and encapsulating the asbestos, this can prolong the need to replace it whilst providing a safe environment.
